Privacy policy

VidBuild turns your ideas, scripts and images into AI-generated videos. This page explains what we store and why.

What we collect

• Account: your email address and sign-in details (email/password or Google).
• Content: ideas, scripts, storyboards, uploaded images and the videos, voices, pictures and music generated for you.
• Billing: plan, credit balance and credit history. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

How it is used

Only to run the service: generating and assembling your videos, keeping your credit balance, and processing payments. Your prompts and media are sent to the AI and video-assembly providers needed to produce your video (an AI model gateway, and Shotstack for final assembly). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Storage and access

Your projects and videos are stored privately and are only accessible to your signed-in account. Downloads use short-lived private links.

Deletion

You can delete projects and clips in your Library. To delete your whole account, email oeufmatinal@outlook.com.
