Terms of service

The service

VidBuild creates AI-generated videos from your ideas, scripts and images. AI output can be imperfect; review videos before publishing them.

Credits

• New verified accounts get a 7-day free trial with 5 free credits, given once with no refill and no card required. The trial ends after 7 days or when the 5 credits are used, whichever comes first; unused trial credits expire at the deadline. You are never charged automatically. Free-trial videos carry a "VidBuild sample" mark.
• Narrated videos cost 1 credit per 6 seconds of finished video. You see a quote and approve it before production; you are never charged more than the approved quote.
• If production fails, reserved credits are returned.
• Monthly plan credits are used first and expire at the end of each billing period. Purchased credit packs do not expire.

Plans and payments

Prices are in US dollars and are charged through Stripe. Monthly plans (Starter, Pro, Studio) renew monthly until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from "Manage plan", and access continues until the end of the paid period. Top-up credits are a one-time payment with no automatic renewal.

Your content

You keep the rights to what you upload and create. Do not use VidBuild for illegal, infringing, hateful or deceptive content. We may suspend accounts that do.
